☘️SHORE COACH TOUR TO THE FAMOUS BLARNEY CASTLE, CORK CITY & KINSALE. YOU WILL ALSO EXPERIENCE A SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC DRIVE THROUGH THE CORK COUNTRYSIDE!

**Meeting Time: 8AM (OR AS SOON AS THE SHIP DOCKS IF LATER)

**Pick-Up Location: At your ships dis-embarkment point at COBH CRUISE TERMINAL

The tour begins with a drive to Blarney Castle. We include your admission to the Blarney Castle and Gardens so that you are on a voucher system priority passengers and skip all the lines before your fellow shipmates!

We take a panoramic drive through Cork City. Your guide will point out the highlights of the southern capital such as St Finbarre’s Cathedral, Shandon Bells, English Historic Market and the beautiful River Lee.

In the afternoon we will enjoy a scenic drive to Kinsale. This charming town is famed as Ireland’s gourmet capital with enchanting streets, fine restaurants, great pubs, all situated in this beautiful harbor town. We get some spectacular photos and plenty of time to enjoy the ambiance.

On our return to the ship we get a quick overview of Cobh, the last departure point of Titanic and we have time to visit St. Coleman’s Cathedral – the finest worshiping point of many Irish immigrants.

ITINERARY:

BLARNEY CASTLE & WOOLEN MILLS: ADMISSION INCLUDED!

Our first stop of the day is Blarney. Visit the most famous Castle in all of Ireland!! Lie back and kiss the magical Blarney Stone and get the gift of the gab! Your admission to The Castle and the skip-the-line admission is included in your ticket!

You will also have time to visit the world famous Blarney Woolen Mills. Famed as the largest Irish Store in the world, many take advantage of its tax free shopping offers on quality Irish products.

CORK CITY TOUR

We depart Blarney and take a panoramic drive through Cork City. We view the highlights of this fine City such as the River Lee, St Finbarre’s Cathedral, Shandon Bells, English Market and Grand Parade. Cork was recently considered by the Lonely Planet one of the 10 must see cities in the world. Some of its famous sons include Henry Ford, Michael Collins and of course world famous footballer Roy Keane.

CORK COUNTRYSIDE

We drive through the beautiful Cork Countryside to the charming town of Kinsale! Enjoy typical views of the rolling fields of West Cork and also a stop overlooking picturesque Kinsale Harbor and its 2 forts – Charles Fort and James Fort. It was just off the Old Head of Kinsale that in 1915 the Lusitania sank with grave loss of life.

KINSALE – HISTORIC PORT TOWN

Our next stop is the historical town of Kinsale for, a town famed for the battle of Kinsale in 1601. Today it is Ireland’s gourmet capital with winding streets, great pubs and fine restaurants. On a standard 8 hour tour we stop in Kinsale for lunch, however depending on the departure time of the ship this must be at the drivers discretion (NO EXCEPTION). (Cost of lunch is not included in your ticket)

The town is beautifully situated at the mouth of the harbor and is exceptionally colorful with picture post card buildings and many country Irish folk with strange and distinguished accents.

RETURN TO CRUISE SHIP ON TIME

We depart Kinsale and to make sure you are back at least 1 hour before departure. The service ends back at the dockside after approximately 8 hours on tour. If the boat is leaving earlier we will amend the itinerary as necessary.

You will receive confirmation and receipt for your reservation immediately upon booking. You will receive your ticket (featuring your booking number) via email shortly after. There is no need to print the ticket. If you wish, you can simply show it on your phone or tablet.

**Meeting with your Tour Guide

When you depart the Ship, turn to the right, and your guide will be waiting for you near the pedestrian exit gate (At The Annie Moore Statue). We begin at 8am, or if the Ship arrives later, please leave the ship immediately to meet your guide! We like to get ahead of the crowd and avoid the queues in Blarney!)

*Your guide shall be waiting with a sign ready to take you off on your marvelous journey.

**PLEASE NOTE: If for operational reasons your ship is diverted to the other Cork terminal in Ringaskiddy we will of course meet you there instead.

**We structure each tour to make sure you are back on board at lease 1 hour before time for departure. The service ends back at the dockside after approximately 8 hours on tour. If the boat is leaving earlier we will amend the itinerary as necessary.

Outstanding Trip!

Benny was amazing! We contacted him at around the first of the year and asked him to put together a custom trip for our family of 12. With 2 daughters in law, a granddaughter aged 1, and great grandmother age 82, we didn’t want to tour the country in 3 crowded rental cars! Benny not only secured a very knowledgeable driver, and a very spacious 16 passenger bus, but also reserved hotels and assisted with travel insurance.
